We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Immigration Officer to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing various visa and immigration applications ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations and supporting clients throughout the visa process Key Responsibilities Evaluate and process applications for student work visitor and permanent residency visas Conduct initial assessments of client profiles to determine visa eligibility Prepare review and submit visa applications to relevant authorities Communicate with embassies consulates and immigration departments as needed Stay updated with immigration laws policies and procedures of multiple countries Maintain accurate records of applications and client documents Provide timely updates and guidance to clients on the status of their applications Respond to client inquiries and provide post-visa support services Ensure all documentation is complete and meets legal standards Handle rejections appeals and follow-ups as necessary Requirements Bachelor s degree in any field 1-2 years of experience in immigration services or visa consultancy Solid knowledge of immigration regulations and visa categories Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously Proficient in MS Office and immigration management tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Experience Visa filing 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
