Key Responsibilities Make a minimum of 120 outbound calls per day to potential clients generated through online sources such as Housing com 99acres MagicBricks walk-ins social media and other portals Convert inbound and outbound inquiries into scheduled site visits ensuring that clients have the necessary information and motivation to visit properties Handle the end-to-end process from initial inquiry generation to booking completion assisting clients with every step over the phone Report daily activities and progress to the Senior Sales Manager including call statistics follow-ups and client feedback Manage and organize lead data by project ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained in CRM systems Track and update all client interactions feedback and appointment status in the CRM to maintain a detailed record of each client journey Work collaboratively with the sales team to support targets and overall project success
