Gurgaon 2 1 to 3 years Full Time We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Associate Talent Acquisition to join our HR team The role involves end-to-end recruitment for IT and software services positions stakeholder management and ensuring an excellent candidate experience This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about hiring top talent in the IT industry and growing their career in Talent Acquisition Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles sourcing screening interviewing and closing Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and role expectations Source potential candidates through various channels such as job portals social media networking and referrals Screen resumes conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical evaluations Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process Manage offer negotiation release and pre-joining engagement Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports Work closely with the HR team on employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives Key Requirements Bachelor s degree MBA PGDM in HR preferred 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience preferably in IT software services domain Solid understanding of IT skill sets and industry hiring trends Hands-on experience with job portals Naukri LinkedIn etc sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems ATS Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple requirements within deadlines Proactive target-oriented and a strong team player
