Experience 3-5years Role responsibilities 1 Ensure the safety of labors and sub contractors at site 2 Educating site workers on construction safety regulations 3 Co ordinate with entire projects between project manager purchase department Architects management and sub contractors 4 Responsible for the quailty and workmanship of every site activity 5 Prepare the project report every 15 days and must attend the project meeting and discuss with project manager MD also fullfil the every phase of work related requirement 6 Identifying and addressing quality issues or defects in construction materials workmanship or processes 7 Testing construction materials for quality and compliance with specifications 8 Supervising and Instructing the construction labour as well as subcontractors 9 Analyze the plans specification and estimates submitted by contractors 10 Planning scheduling and manage civil site work 11 Co ordinate and manage the project schedules 12 Maintain accurate records of all site documentation Like drawings m-book site photos and labour attendance 13 Collaborate with management to align activities with desired business outcomes 14 Identifying opportunities for process to enhance quality and efficiency 15 Supervise the use of machinery and equipment and train workers 16 Read the drawing plans and site work instruction and execute the work as the instruction by management Key Requirements Fluency in Tamil is mandatory Minimum 3 years of experience in construction projects Good communication and leadership skills Job Types Full time Permanent Pay Up to 35 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Language Tamil Required Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Willingness to travel 25 Preferred Work Location In person
