UPI cards wallets bill payments merchant transactions etc Experience developing technical roadmaps and plans to implement solutions and effective communication of the roadmap to cross-functional stakeholders Ability to build scalable solutions working across teams to power payments infrastructure for other teams Proven ability to lead end-to-end product lifecycle - from ideation to execution High user empathy - ability to solve real problems through customer-first solutions Strong analytical and decision-making skills using data to define and measure product success Experience working cross-functionally with engineering design operations and compliance Comfortable in a fast-paced high-growth environment with changing priorities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Key Responsibilities Own the payments platform roadmap - from strategy and prioritization to execution and delivery Collaborate with cross-functional teams Engineering Data Risk Compliance CX to deliver high-impact features Drive innovation in digital payments -
