Job Title Civil Supervisor Department Construction Projects Job Location Navi Mumbai Job Summary The Civil Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all in office civil works to ensure that projects are completed safely on time and within quality standards This role involves supervising site activities managing manpower ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications and maintaining communication between the site and project management teams Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities at the site HUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN REMOVING COSTING BY REFERING TO THE TENDER MUST BE ABLE TO DO CALCULATION ON SYSTEM BY TAKING QUOTATIONS FROM VENDERS MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN STUDING UNDERSTANDING DRAWING TENDER S Ensure work execution as per approved drawings specifications and safety standards Allocate tasks and manage labor subcontractors and resources effectively Check levels layouts and alignment for civil structures Coordinate with engineers contractors and vendors for smooth project execution Inspect materials and workmanship to maintain quality control Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and site documentation Ensure adherence to project schedules and report any delays or issues Enforce safety protocols and ensure a clean hazard-free work environment Assist in resolving technical issues and design discrepancies at the site Ready to travel pan India As When needed Qualifications Skills Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent 3-5 years of experience in site supervision industrial residential or infrastructure projects Strong knowledge of construction drawings and project specifications Good leadership communication and coordination skills Familiarity with safety and quality standards in civil construction Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
