Job Title Power BI Specialist Banking Analytics Experience 5 years Location Gurgaon Bangalore Pune Work Mode Hybrid About the Role We are looking for an experienced Power BI Specialist to join our dynamic team The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in designing intuitive and interactive dashboards that aid in business decision making Candidate must be well versed with data modeling and transformation including Data Analysis Expressions DAX in Power BI Must have relevant experience in converting complex data into meaningful metrics and be able to represent the metrics in a range of appealing and business user friendly visualizations Must be able to work independently and build trust with the client alongside leading a team of developers Key Responsibilities Understand business data and discuss dashboarding needs with stakeholders independently Come up with meaningful KPIs and plan the flow of the views in the dashboard with effective story telling capabilities based on the business problem in hand Leading a team of developers with constant skill upgrading in the form of internal trainings and POC exercises Strive for operational excellence by designing fast responding dashboards built on carefully planned data architecture Identify opportunities for business growth across business verticals Requirements Proven experience in data extraction aggregation data wrangling and statistical analysis Analyze and integrate data from multiple data sources and come up with efficient data models for the dashboard Perform complex data transformations and cleansing Must be aware of key DAX formulas and features Understand the business requirement and come up with the right metrics to be displayed across demographics to generate insights Implement Drill down and Drill through functionalities Design interactive dashboards that have the capability to calculate numbers on the fly based on user selection user defined values Must have consumer analytics knowledge in US banking domain Proficiency in SQL and at least one statistical programming language Python or R Solid business acumen and ability to translate data insights into strategic recommendations Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Notice period Max 60 days immediate joiners preferred Education BTech MTech MBA from Tier 1 colleges IIT NIT IIM Power BI certification would be advantageous
