- Senior Architect - Cultural Projects Team Position Senior Architect Department Design Reports to Team Leader Project Architect Location Thane Experience 5-8 years Role Overview The Senior Architect is responsible for leading the design and execution of architectural projects ensuring high-quality deliverables and technical accuracy This role involves collaborating with internal teams clients and external consultants to develop creative functional and aesthetically refined solutions The Senior Architect also plays a key role in mentoring junior team members and supporting project delivery Key Responsibilities 1 Design Development Execution Lead the design process from concept through completion ensuring adherence to project objectives and design quality Prepare and review architectural drawings plans and technical details Ensure compliance with building codes regulations and industry standards Contribute to creative design solutions material selection and detailing Develop 3D visualizations presentations and design concepts 2 Research and Analysis Perform detailed research on historical references architectural precedents and site context Integrate research insights into the design narrative and visual language Use research findings to propose cutting-edge yet culturally sensitive design solutions Identify locally sourced materials and traditional building methods Ensure material selections align with the cultural and aesthetic vision Compile and organize research data into presentations and reports Use research-backed insights to strengthen client presentations and design reviews 3 Project Coordination Collaboration Collaborate with Project Architects and Team Leaders to align on design intent and project goals Coordinate with external consultants MEP structural etc to integrate their work into the overall design Participate in design reviews client meetings and presentations Address technical issues and provide design solutions during the project lifecycle 4 Technical Expertise Quality Control Prepare and review detailed working drawings and construction documents Conduct periodic site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications Identify and resolve design-related issues on-site Ensure the accuracy quality and consistency of design documentation 5 Deliverable Planning Execution Plan and manage the timely delivery of design documentation drawings and presentation materials Ensure that project phases are completed on schedule and in line with quality standards Collaborate with Project Architects to maintain consistency in scheduling across project phases Ensure deliverables from external consultants MEP structural etc are received on time Flag any scheduling discrepancies to the Team Leader and assist in resolving them Review deliverables for accuracy and quality before submission Ensure all design outputs meet the scheduled deadlines without compromising quality 6 Team Support Mentorship Mentor and guide Junior Architects providing technical support and design direction Share expertise on design principles construction methods and industry trends Support the team in meeting project deadlines and maintaining quality standards 7 Client Stakeholder Interaction Support client presentations and participate in design discussions Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide design solutions Ensure client feedback is incorporated into design revisions Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture 5-10 years of experience in architectural design and project execution Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp D5 Render Enscape Lumion and other design visualization tools M S Word suit Adobe Suite Strong knowledge of building codes regulations and construction practices Excellent design technical detailing and problem-solving skills Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and consultants Strong communication and presentation abilities Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills HR - APICES Studio Pvt Ltd (phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
