Summary You will be responsible to assist with the effective running of the department in line with Hyatt International s Corporate Strategies and brand standards whilst meeting employee guest and owner expectations The Lead Host- Stewarding is responsible to assist the Head Chef in ensuring the efficient and economic operation of the Stewarding Department in support of all other operating Departments supplying services as required to the entire operation and overseeing the operating equipment inventory Qualifications Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management Minimum 2 years work experience hotel operations Good problem solving administrative and interpersonal skills are a must
