About Us Quanta Systems Technologies is a fast-growing technology solutions and services company specializing in delivering cutting-edge IT solutions to global clients We are looking for a dynamic Technical Recruiter to join our team Role Overview The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle from understanding client requirements to sourcing interviewing negotiating and closing candidates for technical roles The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US staffing as well as domestic hiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong technical understanding to ensure successful placements Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for both US and India hiring Source candidates using multiple channels job boards social media networking referrals headhunting Screen interview and evaluate candidates to ensure a good technical and cultural fit Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements and expectations Negotiate salary perks and employment terms with candidates Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements Maintain recruitment reports dashboards and ensure compliance with company policies Key Requirements Bachelor s degree in HR Business Administration or related field 2-5 years of proven experience in US staffing and domestic hiring Strong understanding of technical skills IT job roles and market trends Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and persuasion skills Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment Hands-on experience with ATS Ceipal job portals Dice Monster Naukri LinkedIn etc and sourcing strategies Willingness to work flexible hours to cater to US hiring timelines Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 37 000 00 per month Work Location In person
