About the Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Influencer Marketing Intern who is passionate about social media, creators, and beauty content. You’ll work closely with the Influencer Marketing team to support campaigns and build relationships with creators.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns.
- Research and identify relevant Instagram influencers and content creators.
- Support influencer outreach, coordination, and follow-ups.
- Assist with negotiations and tracking influencer deliverables.
- Maintain and update the influencer database.
- Track campaign content, reach, engagement, and basic performance metrics.
- Stay updated on beauty influencers, social media trends, and trending content formats.
- Coordinate with internal Creative, Brand, and Digital teams for campaign execution.
What We’re Looking For
- 0–1 year of experience; freshers with a strong interest in Influencer Marketing are welcome.
- Robust interest in beauty, skincare, makeup, and social media.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Reels, and creator content.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to research creators and identify relevant profiles.
- Proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
