Job Description

Responsible for handling the sales and servicing of laboratory, medical, or scientific instruments. The role involves identifying recent customers, promoting products, conducting product demonstrations, providing technical support, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify current sales opportunities for instruments.
- Visit laboratories, hospitals, research institutions, and other potential customers.
- Promote instruments and explain their features, applications, and advantages.
- Conduct product demonstrations and assist customers in selecting suitable equipment.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain instruments at customer locations.
- Provide technical support and training to customers.
- Handle customer queries, service requests, and complaints.
- Prepare quotations, sales reports, service reports,



and other documentation.
- Coordinate with distributors, internal teams, and service engineers for timely delivery and support.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat business.

Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Biomedical, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in instrument sales, technical sales, or service preferred.
- Knowledge of laboratory/medical/scientific instruments will be an advantage.
- Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations.
- Strong customer-service orientation and target-driven approach.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
