Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Blood Collection Executive to join our healthcare team. The role involves visiting patients at their homes to collect blood samples while ensuring a smooth, hygienic, and skilled experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform safe and hygienic blood sample collection from patients at their homes.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and transportation of collected samples to the laboratory.
- Maintain accurate records of sample collection, patient details, and test requirements.
- Handle patients with care, empathy, and professionalism, ensuring a comfortable experience.
- Follow strict safety and hygiene protocols in compliance with medical guidelines.




- Use proper sterilization and disposal techniques for collection equipment.
- Coordinate with the lab team for timely processing and reporting of test results.
- Educate patients on pre-test precautions (e.g., fasting, hydration).
- Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up visits if required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Certified Phlebotomist or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT).
- 1-3 years of experience in blood collection, preferably home collection.
- Proficiency in venipuncture techniques and sample handling.
- Knowledge of infection control and sterilization procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned area and work flexible hours.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
- Valid drivers license (if applicable) and willingness to commute.
