Job Summary

Store Executive to manage inventory, material movement, and store operations at our Graphite Processing Plant. The candidate should have experience in manufacturing stores, inventory control, and ERP-based material management.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage receipt, storage, and issue of raw materials, consumables, spares, and finished goods.
- Prepare and maintain GRN, material issue slips, stock registers, and inventory reports.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Purchase department for timely replenishment.
- Conduct physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure proper material identification, labeling, and storage following FIFO principles.
- Maintain accurate records in ERP/Tally/MS Excel.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, and Maintenance departments for material availability.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety standards in the store.
- Support internal and external inventory audits.




- Maintain documentation as per company procedures and statutory requirements.

Qualification
- Graduate in Commerce, Science, or any relevant discipline.
- Diploma in Material Management or Supply Chain will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing, mining, cement, steel, graphite, or processing plant.
- Experience with ERP-based inventory management is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
