Role & responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and prepare detailed job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, location, notice period, and salary expectations.
- Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidate suitability for the requirement.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/company hiring teams.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate salary/CTC with selected candidates as per company/client requirements.
- Manage offer rollout, joining formalities, and candidate follow-ups until onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate with clients to understand new requirements, feedback, and hiring priorities.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate profiles, interview status, offers,



and joining details.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on current IT skills, technologies, job market trends, and salary standards.
- Handle multiple requirements and candidates simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management and organizational skills.

- Experience in IT recruitment / staffing / consultancy is preferred.
