Job Description Project Management Office (PMO) Manager Role Purpose

The PMO Manager is responsible for driving goverce, planning, execution oversight, and delivery excellence across strategic business and technology initiatives. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational priorities through effective stakeholder management, reporting, risk goverce, and process standardization.

Key Responsibilities

Project Goverce Delivery
- Establish and drive PMO goverce frameworks, project methodologies, and best practices.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource utilization.
- Ensure successful execution of strategic programs across business and technology teams.
- Track project dependencies and drive timely resolution of risks and issues.

Portfolio Program Management
- Manage the organizations project portfolio and prioritize initiatives aligned to business objectives.
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps, dashboards, and executive reports.
- Monitor project health through KPIs, status reviews, and goverce forums.





Stakeholder Management
- Partner with business leaders, product, engineering, operations, and crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment.
- Facilitate steering committee meetings and leadership reviews.
- Drive decisionmaking by providing actionable insights and project updates.

Planning Resource Management
- Support project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capacity planning.
- Track resource allocation and optimize utilization across projects.

Risk Compliance
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and drive mitigation plans.
- Ensure compliance with organizational goverce standards, audit requirements, and project documentation.

Process Improvement
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency.
- Standardize project templates, reporting mechanisms, and goverce processes.
