Job Summary:

R Square Engineers (Hexello) is looking for a skilled CNC Laser Spot Welding Machine Operator cum Programmer to operate, set, and program CNC laser spot welding machines for precision manufacturing of metallic honeycomb components.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and program CNC Laser Spot Welding Machines as per production requirements.
- Set machine parameters, programs, fixtures, and tooling.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, and welding specifications.
- Perform precision laser welding operations as per required quality standards.
- Inspect components using appropriate measuring instruments.
- Monitor welding quality and identify defects or abnormalities.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of machine, program, and welding-related issues.
- Maintain machine, tools, and workplace in proper condition.
- Maintain production and inspection records as required.
- Follow company requirements related to quality, safety, housekeeping, and production.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality,



and Engineering teams for smooth operations.

Qualification & Experience:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Fabrication, or related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in CNC laser welding / laser welding operations.
- Hands-on experience in CNC programming, machine setting, and parameter adjustment.
- Good knowledge of engineering drawings and measuring instruments.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
