Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end purchasing activities and procurement operations
- Good understanding of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) cycle processes
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs)
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, deliveries, and material follow-ups
- Track and manage order status to ensure timely deliveries
- Coordinate with internal departments for material requirements and updates
- Verify and process GRN (Goods Receipt Note) activities
- Maintain proper purchasing records and documentation
- Follow up with vendors for pending materials and resolve supply issues




- Prepare reports using MS Excel and maintain procurement data

Required Skills:
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong knowledge of purchasing and procurement activities
- Experience in P2P cycle and order management
- Knowledge of GRN process
- Valuable vendor follow-up and negotiation skills
- Strong MS Excel knowledge
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple suppliers

Qualification:
- Any Graduate / BE preferred
- 3–4 years of experience in Purchase / Procurement / Sourcing
