Your responsibilities

You take over the lead of Contract and Claim Management support during sales period and covers operative contract management, monitors the project from contractual point of view, executes claim prevention measures, triggers and leads the claim management process during in our EPF- and EPC-business with project volumes of 50 Mio up to billions of EUR including consortium model. You shall act as interface between LEX and the Integrated Project Management Team.





Your responsibilities extend to the following:
- Supports the team during sales period with review of review terms and conditions (client, partners, subcontractor, critical suppliers), recommend strategy and setup to manage contractual risks opportunities, check consistencies of contract annexes
- Ensure set up of contract management processes during the whole project lifecycle of large EPF and EPC projects according to thyssenkrupp Nucera standards and governance - from ITB to end of warranty period.
- Ensure leading the claim management process and functionally responsible for the project contract and claim including analysis of contractual risks and opportunities with Identifying potential claims and contractual deviations and execute defined measures
- Fosters a common understanding and awareness of contractual contents and requirements within the project team including trainings
