Mandatory Skills
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Solid experience in the General Insurance domain (mandatory).
- Expertise in one or more of the following:
- Policy Administration
- Underwriting
- Claims Management
- Policy Servicing
- Renewals
- Billing
- Experience with General Insurance products such as Motor, Property, Health, Commercial, or
Travel Insurance.
- Strong experience in requirement elicitation, business process mapping, and documentation.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
