Role Overview

We are looking for a tech-forward Growth Lead Manager to take 100% complete ownership of digital lead generation and revenue expansion.

In this role, you will be expected to operate at the intersection of performance marketing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and Agentic AI systems. You will not just manage static campaigns—you will design, deploy, and supervise autonomous AI agents for deep lead qualification, dynamic intent scoring, hyper-personalized outreach, and programmatic content scaling.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full-Funnel Revenue & Lead Generation Ownership
- Own the complete B2C and B2B digital acquisition pipeline and end-to-end revenue targets.
- Strategize, execute,



and optimize multi-channel performance campaigns across Meta Ads, Google PPC/PMax, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic networks.

2. Agentic AI & Autonomous Marketing Workflows
- Deploy Agentic AI Workflows: Build and manage autonomous AI agents for automated prospecting, web scraping, signal detection, dynamic lead scoring, and automated pipeline routing.
- Hyper-Personalized Outreach & Nurturing: Use AI agents to execute multi-touch email sequences, conversational AI workflows, and intent-based retargeting.
- Generative Content at Scale: Leverage LLM frameworks and generative media workflows to rapidly create, test, and adapt ad creatives, landing page copy, and video assets.

3. Conversion Optimization & Growth Analytics
- Build, audit, and optimize high-converting landing pages and acquisition funnels through systematic A/B testing and CRO methodologies.
