Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, sales, purchases, receipts and payments.
- Perform ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliation, vendor/customer reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Assist in finalization of accounts and year-end closing.
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Ensure timely collection of receivables and monitor outstanding payments.
- Verify invoices, bills, vouchers and supporting documents.
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records for audit purposes.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors and customers.
- Prepare MIS reports, cash-flow statements and management reports as required.
- Monitor expenses and assist management in budget and cost-control activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations and company policies.




- Support internal and statutory audits and provide required schedules and explanations.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliance.
- Good knowledge of Tally Prime / ERP accounting software.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of reconciliation and financial statement preparation.
- Good analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
