Trade Finance Quality Audit (QA) Newgen Software

Role Overview:
- Focused on ensuring the quality, compliance, and reliability of trade finance solutions built on Newgen’s platform.
- Involves testing, auditing, and validating trade finance workflows (letters of credit, guarantees, collections, supply chain finance).
- Supports implementation projects by ensuring that delivered solutions meet both business and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional, performance, and security testing of trade finance applications.
- Audit trade finance processes to ensure compliance with international banking standards and AML/KYC regulations.
- Validate documentation and transaction flows (e.g., bills of lading, invoices, LC issuance).
- Identify defects, log issues,



and track resolutions to closure.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and client stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
- Provide quality assurance sign-off before deployment and client onboarding.

Skills & Experience
- 4–6 years of experience in QA/testing within trade finance or banking applications.
- Robust knowledge of trade finance products (letters of credit, guarantees, collections).
- Familiarity with QA methodologies, defect tracking tools, and automation frameworks.
- Understanding of compliance requirements (AML, sanctions, Basel guidelines).
