- Serve as the single point of accountability for technology, data, cyber, care center, and operations functions within the division.
- Promote platform reuse, agentic automation, and enterprise-wide consistency across architecture, infrastructure, AI, and cyber capabilities.
- Advocate for and lead the adoption of artificial intelligence to enhance teammate productivity and client engagement.
