We are currently retained by a leading global Specialty Chemicals MNC to identify a hands-on, high-impact Head of Plant Maintenance & Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

Core Maintenance Focus: Your mandate centers on plant uptime, asset reliability, and preventive/predictive maintenance across all production units and site utilities.

Specialized Hardware Mastery: Direct oversight of critical process assetsincluding specialized glass-lined and graphite equipment.

Operational & EHS Leadership: Drive RCA/CAPA implementations, modernize installed E&I;/Mechanical systems, control Opex budgets, and ensure world-class EHS and statutory compliance.

Targeted Modernization: Manage maintenance-driven modifications, debottlenecking, and green energy initiatives alongside daily operations.

Candidate Profile:

Education: B.E.



/ B.Tech in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related).

Experience: 20 to 28 years of progressive engineering and maintenance leadership in a large-scale chemical manufacturing facility.

Proven MNC Leadership: Must have held a Head of Maintenance role within a multinational chemical unit (Note: Pure EPC/Project management profiles will not fit this role).

Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with specialized chemical process hardware (Glass-lined & Graphite equipment preferred).
