1. Visit to new plot with company surveyor

2. Supervise soil testing activities and ensure proper execution

3. Coordinate with fencing contractors for material quantity requirements and, where applicable, shifting of available materials between plots.

4. Supervise and ensure fencing work is executed as per the drawings provided by the company surveyor.

5. Coordinate with RMC vendors for concrete requirements at recent plots.

6. Coordinate and supervise levelling work at new plots.

7. Coordinate with machinery contractors for equipment and site requirements.

8. Verify and certify contractor bills as per approved drawings, work orders, and actual work executed.
