We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset and be passionate about generating high-quality leads while maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube & Performance Max).
- Optimize campaigns daily to improve lead quality, CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Create campaign strategies for lead generation and conversions.
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad copies, videos, and graphics.
- Perform A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Track conversion events using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and GA4.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Identify scaling opportunities while maintaining profitability.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Suggest recent growth strategies to increase revenue.
Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience with Google Ads.
- Understanding of Google Analytics (GA4).
- Knowledge of Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager.
- Ability to analyze marketing data and optimize campaigns.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
