What would you do- The Associate Manager Learning Development (LD) is responsible for supporting the design, coordination, and execution of learning programs for internal teams and client-facing operations. The role focuses on driving learning initiatives, managing stakeholder relationships, supporting talent development strategies, and ensuring smooth delivery of training operations aligned with business goals.
The individual works closely with business leaders, HR partners, trainers, and operations teams to identify capability gaps, improve employee performance, and enhance the overall learning experience.
- Strong understanding of learning and development processes and training operations
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and reporting tools

Experience
- 9-10 years of experience in Learning Development, HR operations, talent development, or training coordination
- Experience managing learning operations for global teams or enterprise clients
- Exposure to leadership development and capability-building programs
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms, virtual training tools, and reporting dashboards
- Certification in Learning Development, Instructional Design, or HR is an added advantage
- Experience supporting employee engagement and talent development initiatives
