Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct incident investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Develop, maintain, and implement Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Identify hazards through HIRA (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment) processes and develop controls to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of industrial safety protocols.
- Knowledge on Factory acts.
Job Requirements :
- 5-15 years of experience in EHS management or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of accident investigation techniques and incident investigation procedures.
- Proficiency in conducting Hazard Identification Risk Assessments (HIRA) and developing control measures.
