Role Description
This is a full-time, in office role based in Bhubaneswar for an Animated Video Editor, Graphic Designer & UI/UX Designer (CTC 3 to 4 LPA). The role involves conceptualizing and producing animated videos, handling end-to-end video editing, and applying color grading and motion graphics to create engaging content for digital platforms. The designer will develop visual assets, graphics, and layouts for web, social media,



and print materials, while maintaining brand consistency across all media. In addition, the role includes designing intuitive UI/UX for web and mobile interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and iterating on feedback to optimize user experience. The team member will be expected to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and contribute creative ideas to support EduSkills’ educational and outreach initiatives.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for educational and promotional content.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and high-quality output.
- Experience in Motion Graphics and animated storytelling for digital media.
- Ability to create compelling Graphics and visual assets aligned with brand guidelines.
