Role Purpose

The Content Enablement Lead - Content Management Services role exists to own and scale TresVista's enterprise learning content ecosystem--strategy, governance, operating model, and measurable business impact.

This role is accountable for:
- Defining and driving enterprise-wide content strategy aligned to business priorities and capability needs
- Building a high-performing content operations engine (intake design build/buy/curate QA publish refresh/retire)
- Ensuring the LMS and learning channels consistently offer current, relevant, high-quality, and discoverable content
- Leveraging AI and modern learning technologies to accelerate speed, quality, personalization, and cost efficiency
- Establishing solid standards for instructional quality, consistency, and learning experience design
- Delivering executive-ready insights on content usage, effectiveness, gaps, and ROI to senior leadership





This role is pivotal in ensuring learning content is not just “available,” but strategically curated, outcome-driven, and operationally excellent--enabling employees to learn faster, perform better, and scale capability across the firm.

1.Enterprise Content Strategy & Governance (Ownership): Own the enterprise content strategy across capability areas, levels, and formats.

Accountabilities include:
- Defining content principles, standards, and governance (quality bar, taxonomy, review cadence, version control)
- Building a firm-wide content roadmap aligned to capability priorities and business outcomes
- Driving “build vs buy vs curate vs AI-generate” decision frameworks and final recommendations
- Establishing content investment priorities, annual planning inputs, and success metrics
- Ensuring content strat
