We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented and technology-friendly Marketing, Sales & Technical Support Executive to drive the growth of Selexic Pay, our specialized Labour Contractor Payroll & HRMS platform.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the complete customer journey—from identifying prospects and generating leads to conducting product demonstrations, closing sales, supporting implementation and maintaining customer relationships.

2. About Selexic Pay





Selexic Pay is a specialized HRMS and payroll management solution designed for labour contractors and organizations managing large workforces.

The platform helps businesses manage areas such as:
- Labour/Employee Management
- Employee onboarding
- Aadhaar/PAN/Bank verification
- Attendance management
- Salary processing
- Salary structures
- Advances and loans
- Deductions
- Compliance calculations
- Minimum wages compliance
- Salary slips
- WhatsApp communication

The candidate will be trained on the complete Selexic Pay platform.

3. Role Purpose

The primary objective of this role is to generate revenue and ensure customer success for Selexic Pay in Pune and Mumbai.

The employee will perform three interconnected functions:

A. Marketing
