Role Description
The Datacenter Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for overseeing daily operations of the data center facility. This role manages infrastructure availability,



monitors server performance, and ensures adherence to uptime, security, and compliance standards. The Datacenter Operations Manager coordinates maintenance activities, supervises operations and technical teams, and works closely with system administrators and network engineers to resolve incidents and optimize services. The role includes planning and executing operational improvements, managing vendor and partner relationships, and supporting disaster recovery and backup processes. The Datacenter Operations Manager also contributes to capacity planning, documentation, reporting, and continuous process improvement to maintain RackBank®’s high service quality.
