Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and maintain resource- and cost-loaded schedules (Primavera P6 / MS Project)
- Understand and comply with highway standards (MoRTH, NHAI, state PWD)
- Monitor actual vs plan progress; detect delays risks early; produce dashboards, KPIs, and status reports
- Apply EVM concepts to track performance relative to baseline
- Maintain risk registers and lead mitigation / recovery planning
- Coordinate across engineering, procurement, construction, and commercial teams for schedule alignment
- Present look-ahead plans, critical path reviews, status updates to clients / management
- Mentor junior planners; promote planning discipline and best practices
- Use MS Excel (charts, pivots) and Power BI for reporting
Must-Have Skills
- Exposure / experience in highway / road infrastructure project controls
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project
- Knowledge of Indian road / infrastructure standards and regulatory compliance
- Solid communication, coordination, and leadership skills
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent); Master s or PMP/OPM qualification is a plus
