Job Description
- Advising on complex investment, financing, and transactional matters.
- Supporting the structuring and ongoing management of regulated investment vehicles and investment platforms.
- Providing legal and regulatory advice on SEBI regulations, FEMA, FDI frameworks, and related regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in debt financing transactions, structured investments, lending arrangements, private credit transactions, or other complex financing structures.
- Supporting cross-border investments and transaction structuring activities.




- Managing external counsel and coordinating legal support through the transaction lifecycle.
- Supporting corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and strategic legal projects.
- Monitoring legal and regulatory developments impacting investment and financing activities.

The Successful Applicant
- Qualified lawyer with 8-12 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong exposure to funds, regulatory, financing, or transactional legal work.
- Knowledge of SEBI regulations, Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), Foreign Portfolio Investments (FPIs), FEMA, FDI regulations, and cross-border investment frameworks.
- Strong commercial judgement and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
