Job Purpose:
- Own end-to-end development and execution of vehicle platform comprising multiple products/projects
- Lead Product Leaders and cross-functional teams to achieve QCD targets
- Drive platform architecture, commonality, modularity and future technology deployment

Location: Hosur

Education Qualification: Bachelor/Master in Mechanical, Automotive or Mechatronics Engineering
- Project Management/System Engineering certification preferred

Required Experience: 10-15 years in Automotive NPD, Platform Development and Vehicle Integration

Internal and External Interactions : Internal - Marketing, PMO, Quality, Manufacturing, CoCs

External - Suppliers, Technology partners, Testing agencies

- Define and own platform roadmap
- Lead Product Leaders and govern platform projects
- Drive platform architecture and integration

- Conduct TDR, DFMEA and milestone reviews
