- Manage contracts from initiation to closure, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Analyze project requirements to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies for civil projects.
- Oversee the procurement process for services contracts, including negotiations with vendors.
Job Requirements :
- 9-17 years of experience in contract management or a related field (construction/infrastructure).
- Solid understanding of contracts, procurement contracts, service contracts, and service procurement.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
