Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Process Executive, you will

Provide support to global clients via calls and email

Troubleshoot technical issues related to:
- VPN
- Drivers
- O365
- Active Directory
- Operating Systems
- Basic Networking
- Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
- Work on ticketing tools
- Analyze technical issues and provide timely, effective resolutions




- Deliver exceptional customer experience and ensure high customer satisfaction

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for candidates who possess:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to independently resolve technical queries

Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational (US shift) environment

Comfortable work from the Pune office

Non-Negotiable Criteria
