Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Public Relations Executive who can independently manage PR activities, media relations, client communication,



and day-to-day coordination at the Kharagpur location.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Public Relations, Media Relations, Client Servicing, Social Media, and Corporate Communication.

This position requires someone who is confident, well-organized, proactive, and comfortable working directly with clients and media professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day PR and media relations activities for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with journalists, media houses, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with print, digital, television, and other media platforms for coverage and communication.
- Prepare and coordinate press releases, media notes, statements, briefs, and other communication materials.
- Identify relevant media opportunities and ensure maximum visibility for client initiatives.
- Act as a key point of contact between the client and the Cygnus Advertising team.
