About the Role

Assotech Limited is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager for our Bhubaneswar location. The candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, managing qualified leads, achieving booking targets, handling customer negotiations, and ensuring successful sales closures.

The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in real estate sales, excellent closing skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual booking targets.
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Handle qualified leads and ensure effective conversion from enquiry to booking.
- Conduct and supervise customer site visits.
- Present project details, specifications, amenities, pricing,



and payment plans to prospective customers.
- Handle customer objections and negotiations to successfully close deals.
- Personally handle key customers and high-value prospects.
- Monitor the complete sales funnel, including leads, follow-ups, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
- Ensure consistent follow-up with prospective customers until final conversion.
- Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and site-visit-to-booking ratios.
- Generate business through direct sales, references, telecalling, digital leads, channel partners, and local networking.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, channel partners, brokers, and other business associates.
- Monitor individual team performance and provide regular guidance and support.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and review team performance against targets.
- Maintain accurate sales MIS, pipeline reports, forecasts, and CRM updates.
