Position: Area Business Manager
Salary: Up to 5 LPA + Benefits
Experience: Minimum 8 Years
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the regional sales team to achieve business targets.
- Handle, motivate, and develop the sales team for improved performance.
- Drive new business generation and expand market presence.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Plan and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Ensure effective execution of sales plans across the assigned region.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 8 years of relevant sales experience.
- Strong experience in Ethical/ Pharma sales background preferred.
- Proven experience in team handling and team leadership.
- Strong business development and sales-generation skills.




- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities.
- Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.
