Job Summary

Role: Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance Application Specialist/Functional Consultant

Qualifications: Minimum 10-12 years of work experience. Preferably from Accounting / Commerce background.

Location: Pune, Bangalore, Gurugram

Responsibilities
- Thorough analysis of the issues / requests received in the implementation group.
- Testing of any functionalities/customizations/automation that are proposed to the end users.
- Gathering complete business requirements and justification for any change requests.
- Recommending of solutions for any change requests (Customizations) that are raised.
- Prepare FDD and development support for customizations and receive approval of the same.
- Suggest improvements to the existing business process.
- Train super users.
- As a functional consultant, you should have 1. Excellent understanding of end to end business process of a. Request to order b. Procure to Pay (Direct Debit and Customer Reimbursement) c. Order to Cash d. Fixed Assets e. Record to Report f. Treasury Automation Suite.




- Excellent understanding of General Accounting.
- Excellent understanding of Finance modules in D365, for configurations and transaction processing a. General ledger and Account Structure b. Accounts payable c. Accounts receivable d. Fixed assets e. Inventory accounting f. Project Accounting.
- Experience in ISV solutions will be added advantage.(preferrable EX-flow and SKG).
- Should have robust knowledge in Integration areas.
- Understanding of Security configurations (Preferred but not mandatory).
- Good understanding of Excel and formulas for data analysis.
- Good knowledge on management reporter is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills (oral and written).
- Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Some prior experience in AX 2009/2012 would be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in Implementation and Support team later.
- Willingness to work in shifts based on business requirements.
