Job Description

Perform daily, weekly,



and monthly bank reconciliations for multiple accounts.Reconcile insurance premium collections, claim payments, refunds, commissions, and other financial transactions.Investigate, analyze, and resolve reconciliation breaks and unmatched transactions.Monitor and clear suspense accounts, aging items, and outstanding reconciling entries.Ensure timely recording and allocation of cash receipts and payments.Prepare and maintain reconciliation reports, dashboards, and management MIS.Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.4-8 years of experience in Graduate.Banking Reconciliation, Financial Operations, or Insurance Operations.Strong understanding of bank reconciliation, cash management, and accounting principles.
