About the Role We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Wellness Counselor Sales to join our team at Gleuhr Wellness Pvt Ltd The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding clients wellness needs providing suitable product or service recommendations and achieving monthly sales targets through effective consultation and communication Key Responsibilities Conduct consultations with clients to understand their health and wellness goals Recommend appropriate wellness programs products or services to meet client needs Convert inquiries into sales through effective communication and personalized counseling Maintain and update client records in the CRM system Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention Achieve individual and team sales targets Participate in training sessions to stay updated on company products and sales strategies Training Period 5-7 days of product and sales training mandatory Performance evaluation post-training before confirmation Requirements Qualification Graduate Postgraduate MBA preferred Experience 0-2 years in sales counseling or wellness industry freshers can apply Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Robust sales and negotiation abilities Good presentation and client-handling skills Ability to work under targets and maintain a positive attitude Compensation Competitive salary attractive incentives based on performance Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 32 000 00 per month Work Location In person
