Manage the end-to-end delivery of interior fit-out projects from concept through handover Coordinate closely with clients designers consultants and contractors to ensure design intent is executed accurately Oversee project scheduling budgeting resource planning and procurement of materials and finishes Monitor site progress perform regular inspections and ensure that work complies with drawings specifications and quality standards Lead coordination meetings with contractors vendors Consultant and stakeholders Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation including meeting minutes reports and correspondence Prepare MEP drawings BOQs and technical specifications for tender and construction Support the design team during drawing production value engineering and material selection Support the in-Billing person to close Resolve on-site issues swiftly and proactively to avoid project delays Manage approvals permits and inspections as required by local authorities Ensure health safety and environmental HSE compliance on all sites Proven track record of managing high-end commercial corporate or hospitality interiors Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 55 000 00 - 65 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Required Experience Assistant MEP Project Manager 4 years Preferred Language English Hindi Required Work Location In person
