Job description A Reputed Banquet Hall located in Juhu running for the last 17 years requires a Young Dynamic Presentable Banquet Manager Qualification 1 Degree Diploma in Hospitality Management from a recognized Institute 2 Preferred Age 35 to 45 years 3 Gujarati Speaking will be an additional advantage Experience Minimum 5-7 years of Relevant Qualified experience Proficiency in catering management Looking after Marketing Sales and other Operational activities Proficiency in handling Clients and Visitors Experience in supervising around 25 numbers of banquet staff and all kinds of Chefs Should be able to handle 2 Banquet halls with a capacity of 80 to 120 guests Exceptional ability to plan banquets manage budgets and meet deadlines Extensive knowledge of catering equipment and venue requirements In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry best practices Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Job Type Full-time Pay 55 000 00 - 75 000 00 per month Work Location In person
