Company Thai Jase Reporting To Marketing Head Location Surat On-site Role Overview The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for branding marketing and client communication The role includes designing social media creatives brand identity elements promotional materials and ensuring consistency across all visual outputs The designer must have strong creative skills with expertise in industry-standard design software Key Results Areas KRAs A Creative Design Development Design social media posts banners brochures and marketing materials Create brand identity elements such as logos brand kits templates Maintain consistency in fonts colors and overall brand visuals Deliver high-quality designs within agreed timelines B Campaign Marketing Support Collaborate with marketing team on campaign-based creatives Design visuals for ads landing pages and promotional activities Understand project briefs and translate them into effective designs Replicate and adapt creatives for multiple digital platforms C File Management Documentation Maintain organized project files and artwork backups Prepare print-ready files when required Ensure correct use of dimensions resolutions and export formats D Communication Collaboration Coordinate with video editors content team and marketing team Take feedback from internal teams and refine designs accordingly Understand client requirements when dealing with client-based projects Required Skills Core Software Skills CorelDRAW Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Core Skills Strong understanding of branding and visual identity Creative thinking attention to detail Ability to convert ideas into clean visual designs Knowledge of layouts color theory typography Soft Skills Positive communication teamwork Ability to take feedback positively Time management multitasking Creativity and problem-solving mindset Required Experience 1 5 to 2 years of hands-on graphic design experience Portfolio showcasing previous work is mandatory Salary Range Up to 25 000 per month based on skills experience Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
