The BIM Modeler - ACS will be responsible for creating developing and coordinating accurate Architectural Structural and Civil ACS BIM models using industry-standard software ensuring compliance with project standards codes and timelines Experience - 3 to 4 years Key Responsibilities Develop detailed Architectural and Structural BIM models as per project requirements Prepare LOD 300 400 BIM models shop drawings GA drawings and construction documentation Coordinate with MEP teams to resolve clashes and participate in clash detection meetings Implement and follow BIM standards templates and workflows Interpret architectural and structural drawings specifications and BOQs accurately Support BIM coordination meetings and incorporate design changes as required Ensure models comply with local and international BIM standards Provide necessary BIM outputs for design development tender and construction stages Maintain model accuracy naming conventions and proper documentation Software Tools Required Autodesk Revit Architecture Structure AutoCAD Navisworks for coordination clash detection BIM 360 ACC preferred MS Office Educational Qualification Diploma BE B Tech in Civil Engineering Interested candidate can send their resume at hr cadtrans net (phone hidden) Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
