Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Manager to oversee our accounting operations The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company s financial reporting budgeting compliance and internal controls They should possess solid leadership skills deep knowledge of accounting principles and a strategic mindset to support the company s financial health and decision-making Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the accounting department Prepare analyze and present monthly quarterly and annual financial reports Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards e g GAAP IFRS Coordinate and manage audits internal and external and ensure timely completion Oversee tax filings and compliance with statutory requirements Develop and implement internal controls to improve financial accuracy and integrity Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts Provide financial analysis and advice to senior management for strategic decision-making Supervise mentor and train accounting staff to ensure productivity and growth Maintain strong relationships with external partners such as auditors banks and tax authorities Required Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field CA CPA ACCA or equivalent professional certification is preferred Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role Strong knowledge of accounting software e g Tally SAP QuickBooks Oracle In-depth understanding of corporate finance taxation and regulatory reporting Excellent analytical leadership and communication skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Work Location In person
