Location Remote India Offshore Role Overview As a Business System Analyst you will oversee the transformation maintenance and enhancement of the Coupa platform aligning with procurement and finance business needs You will collaborate with global cross-functional teams to implement Procure-to-Pay Supplier Onboarding and Risk Assessment processes leveraging your Coupa expertise to deliver innovative and user-friendly solutions Responsibilities Manage and maintain Coupa Procure-to-Pay P2P SIM Core and CRA processes 80 functional 20 technical Oversee catalog management project non-project procurement approval workflows supplier collaboration CSP cXML SAN and accruals Administer integrations between Coupa and systems like Oracle ERP Vertex Workday and ServiceNow Troubleshoot and debug system issues providing clear business-level insights on root causes and solutions Drive process simplifications and adopt best practices to enhance user experience Collaborate with global stakeholders across US EMEA and other regions in a fast-paced Agile environment Skills Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science or related field 5 years of hands-on experience with Coupa P2P SIM Core and CRA modules including Oracle ERP integrations Solid interpersonal communication and analytical skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
